What we will not do
Place a person into a role that has not been written down. Agree that every role a prospect names is suitable. Or supply staff for work we can see will not divide cleanly at a distance.
Each of those costs us business and each of them prevents an engagement that would have ended badly.
Our people
Staff are employed by us on Philippine contracts, work in our offices, and are paid through our payroll with statutory contributions. Career progression, review and pastoral support are ours; the day-to-day work is directed by the client.
Where that division becomes unclear it causes problems for everybody, and the journal entry on whether a team belongs to you or to us is about exactly that.
