What the role covers
Diary and inbox management, data entry and validation, document preparation, travel and supplier coordination, CRM hygiene, and research against criteria you set.
The common thread is work that is describable and checkable, which the journal entry on what transfers explains at length.
What it does not cover
Decisions requiring context you have never written down, and work whose quality only becomes visible to a customer weeks later. Those are worth keeping onshore and the journal says why.
How it starts
You describe the role. We recruit against it and you interview the shortlist. You decline anybody you want to decline. The person starts in one of our offices with a supervisor on site, and you brief them directly from day one.
The first two weeks decide most of the outcome, which is why we ask for a written handover before anybody starts rather than after.
Other roles
The same arrangement applies to each: recruited to your brief, employed by us, briefed by you.
Bookkeepers
Reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll preparation and month-end, working in your own accounting system.

Outbound calling, list qualification and appointment setting against a script and a target you set.
